Bathroom Design Tips for Christmas

Christmas is usually the time to have friends and family to come over at our house to share the laughter, happiness, and gifts of the season. You have set-up your tree, put on the Christmas lights, now what’s next? The Bathroom!

From all the holiday feasting, I’m sure your guest has a 90% chance of going to your bathroom. This could be simply for refreshing purposes or solely to check what’s your latest countertop and bathroom vanity.

Don’t disappoint them. It’s a big horror when a guest finds that a bathroom flush isn’t working. This could ruin his night and yours too as the host. So always make sure toilets, bathroom showers, bathroom faucets and other bathroom fixtures are fixed before your Christmas party

Now here are some simple bathroom remodeling tips for you this Christmas:

1. Hang a Christmas wreath on your bathroom door
2. Red and green is the color of the season – add that to your bathroom too! You can hang red and green towels alternately or change your liquid soap container into festive colors
3. For a relaxing experience, put aromatherapy on your bathroom – chose this season’s scents like cinnamon, pine
4. If you live in warmer climate, spray the windows of your bathroom with snow aerosol. Your little kids will absolutely love this!
5. Put some pieces pine cones and other Christmas figures on top of your bathroom toilet tank
6. Replace your soap dish into a Christmas coaster

I’m sure your guests will definitely love your bathroom. Always remember to maintain the cleanliness of it. Avoid molds and mildew with proper ventilation. Rusty or discolored bathtub should undergo tub resurfacing, The holidays is also when families are near. So never forget bathroom safety and install roll-in showers, walk-in bathtubs, safety grab bars and safety accessories.
